Emergency brake light, VSC, ABS, and (!) On after 02 sensor replacement by local shop. I'm having trouble with my 2004 Prius. I have been having this issue shortly after having an 02 replacement. It has about 232,xxx miles and instantly I started having issues. I have been reading posts regarding this issue and decided to go to the DIY route to avoid being overcharged and for my own personal thrill. I scanned the car with a vci and please take a look at the photos below. Where do I start? I really appreciate your guidance and help with this issue. I have tools and I'm ready to tackle this one ASAP. Thanks in advance. PS. Where do I start ? I also want to that I have purchased this car from on Craigslist from a person who claimed it was his baby - turned out it hadn't been registered for about 2 years before I bought it a month ago. He told me he had the 12v batttery replaced 2 months ago.

That's my next move for now. For the c1343 code I'm going to see if I can bleed the brake system and see if that fixes the brake system. I have a feeling it's triggering the coolant system code.

There's some more information on the troubleshooting process for C1343 in this post. I recommend following the troubleshooting process, because there are various possible causes, and if replacing an expensive part is unpleasant, what's even more unpleasant is replacing an expensive part that wasn't the problem.
