California auto outlook market report - market share figures, top selling vehicles in CA, etc.

    I stumbled across My Nissan Leaf Forum • View topic - California ZEV (CARB) requirements for reference which let me to something even more interesting, namely California New Car Dealers Association.

    You can actually see the automaker market share for CA (confirms what I'd read about Toyota being #1 in CA) along w/the top selling vehicles in each class. It also confirms that data about the Prius being the top selling vehicle in CA.

    It is goofy that they put the Prius in the "sub compact" class. :rolleyes: Clearly they're not going by EPA size classifications.

    in the last chart, why do they break out all the gm divisions, but list only toyota/scion?
