    It’s 2 full years before the target of 1.5 million in 2025.
    That is the message: people are buying EVs in California faster than predicted.
    Of course it is just a drop in an ocean of suvs, trucks and crossovers that do 20 mpg or less, but you’ve got to start somewhere.
