Am in a situation here for my 2013 Prius Two. Actually bought 4 x (90016AA604) from Toyota but the bolts are slightly different. The original has threads going 0.5 cm from where the bolt head starts. Could someone help me locate the correct part # for my car? Thanks in advance. BTW, the bolt head has a '10' imprinted on the top of the head.
See catalog Figure 47-05, Front Disc Brake Caliper & Dust Cover, and Figure 47-07, Rear Disc Brake Caliper & Dust Cover. Toyota has listed part number 90016-AA604 as a procurement part (locally-available replacement) for the original, part number 90105-08164, since November 2010. Do the new bolts not work? This is a grade marking, indicating a class 10T bolt. See the Standard Bolt chart in the Repair Manual (more info).
