I'm having trouble using call waiting on my 2010 over bluetooth to my BlackBerry Storm. I've tried a few things that made sense to me such as pressing the off-hook switch or pressing the talk switch and saying "flash". None of those worked. There has to be something simple that I'm missing. How is this done? Again, I don't have NAV.
Without Nav, support of the "Call-Waiting" feature is not mentioned in the Owner's Manual. With Nav, the incoming call will show a caller-ID window on the screen and one touches the off-hook (answer phone) button or icon to switch to the "call-waiting" call. Then, each touch of the Off-Hook button switches between the two calls. So, you tried pressing the Off-Hook button to "flash", but it did not work. So, the feature might just be Not Supported. Maybe pressing the "flash" button on your cell phone itself would work?
Pressing flash/talk on my cell phone works for call waiting. I usually have my cell phone in the center console when I'm driving though. So, I was hoping for something a bit better. Anybody know of a trick before i give up?
