Caller ID Not Working

    I have an Evo 4g LTE that I just upgraded to and all calls come in as unknown even through they are in the phone book.

    My old Evo 4G worked fine and so does my wife's Evo Shift.

    Any ideas?

    Sounds like a phone issue. May be failing to notify the car of the number calling or something of that (Bluetooth) nature, especially if the phone book shows correct contact information.
