camry parts??????

    i read/ heard somewhere that to save money toyota used some camry suspension parts on the new prius. the results were that the new prius has a great ride and is more standardized. sound goofy? i do know that the ride is now very nice and firm

    It is said the 2010 Prius uses the chassis and suspension platform from Toyota Auris.

    The Camry has four wheel independent suspension. The 10 Prius has the same suspension components as the 09 Corolla with torsion bar rear suspension.
