Hello, not sure where else to post. I bought the engine block heater part on the Prius chat store. ítem description says it’s a Toyota of Canada part. the part that arrived was a generic 3rd party heater, very cheap looking, without the thermal paste either. have asked for a refund. Nothing. Opened a credit card fraud claim. irritating to deal with this kind of treatment. i want my money back
