I just bought a 2012 plug-in and the rear floor board is missing the clips that hold it in place. The previous owner said he replaced the drive battery and I assume he lost/broke the clips. I am having zero luck finding anything through Toyora Parts I found the part diagram but nothing comes up when I search the circled part. I get nothing. It can't be a regular panel clip, the indent in the floorboard is over an inch around and there's barely any room between the hole and the battery. 643014A.jpg

Are you searching the internet for the number you've circled? That's not the part number, more a secondary number which you follow on that site, to a listing that'll have the actual part number. Byzantine eh? Anyway, that's how a lot (if not all) of the parts websites work.

@ChapmanF's post illlustrates this, and shows the actual part number.
