Can I charge my phone (any electronics) when auto is off?

    I'm spending a week in Yosemite and am wondering how I can keep my phone and laptop charged? In the USB or cigarette lighter? Birdwalk suggestions ok also.

    No. The sockets are disabled with the car off.

    the Prius 12 volt battery is too small to sustain any real electrical load without the car being READY.

    When you choose to recharge, be in READY until they are charged.
