So I'm new with digging in and trying to rebuild the packs. I order techstream and got the old XP laptop but having and issue as when I go into data list to look at the battery live, the program shuts down every time. I have a P0A80 code on techstream with no Triangle or issues showing up on the displays. It seemed to take a snap shot at the battery voltage at a certain point and is appeared that block number 1 was lower than the rest by around 1 volt. Figured that's my problem area and need to proceed forward with rebuilding the pack without techstream. Pack drains real fast and charges real fast when driving. So I opened it up. And started following HA discharge test with the headlight bulb. I'm using both filaments with 65w bulb. I did the two minute rule like they suggest and everything appeared to be fine. Then I got reading on here and someone suggested that the test needs to be ran longer. They said if it gets down to 6v within 15 mins then it's a bad cell and if its a good cell it will go 30 mins. This test was taking a while so I went and got 4 bulbs total to speed it up. So far one module in block number one was down in the 5v range at minute 13. That ones must be bad. Everything else so far is between 6.98v and 7.15v at minute 30. I have a few left to test but can one cell bring everything down and toss a code? The fan was fairly dirty so I cleaned that but the module that's bad is nearest to the fan as well. Thanks for any help! Been trying to learn lots as my first rebuild on my car didn't go so good. Try again til I figure it out.
