Very nice article. Thank you for posting it. I'm on CD 6 of 13 in "The Omnivore's Dilemma". Pretty much everything in that article is on par with the book except I think Michael Pollan stated that there were higher fuel costs in the california mega-organic farms because they required more tilling to get rid of weeds before initial planting. Our current system is completely screwed up and a new farm bill needs to be created! We can thank the military industrial complex and the 1970 farm bill.
