I looked at the dealer today and the salesman I had was rather new and he didn't think so. With dozens of 5 models we never found one with ATP. Would you have to do a factory order for this?
ATP cannot be added later. Yes, a factory order is possible, but it will take 3 to 5 months to get to you and your dealer may be less willing to deal on price. As JC said, probably better to try to find one at another dealer.
I emailed the sales guy after I bought my prius last summer. He said it has to be ordered from the factory, as they can't add the stuff the tech package uses in after it's already built.
Are you wanting to replace what you already have? If so, don't rely on a single salesperson to tell you what's available. If you use the build and price tool at toyota.com, you can build a car with the options you want and then click the inventory button to see what's available in your zip code. Doing that for a Madison zip code shows at least 3 Prius Five with AT available in or near that zip. You can also check available inventory through individual dealer's websites, or sites like edmonds. com or cars.com.
