Can the plastic washer be replaced by aluminum for the oil pan?

    Ive had other toyotas with over 100k miles on them and never had to to replce the aluminum washer.

    Sounds like you already made up your mind. Metal, plastic, whatever. It just stops leaks. Go for it!
