can we get a new sticky for battery

it seems like at least one out of every ten posts is about some electrical issue and the first response is usually a link to the post about 'Weird Stuff Happening, Check the 12V battery'

maybe Tideland or some other administrator can just make that post a sticky. and can they make sure to include the display tap method instead of or in addition to the lights on off method to prevent wear and tear to our touchy HID lights . . . thanks
