I'm using a Chinese hacked Techstream but it only records about two minutes of data before it requires responding to an "OK" button and clicking on the "Record". Needless to say, this is awkward while driving. But I remember Apple used to have "Apple Script" that could record a series of operations to automated an application.

Does Windows XP have a similar capability that would:
    • wait for a dialog box with an "OK" button
    • strike the "OK" button
    • wait for dialog box to go away
    • strike the "Record" button
If so, what is it called?

I found one set of User Interface (UI) automation tools but I got the impression they were designed for folks writing new applications. In this case the application exists, I just want UI operations on a 'black box' application.

    Thanks,
