I just bought a used Prius 2010 with 100k miles on it yesterday.The buttons on my audio system aren’t working. When I press “set up” “dest” and “display” it adjusts the radio station instead of doing what the buttons are supposed to do. As a result, I can’t set up Bluetooth audio or anything of the like because these buttons don’t work. I feel like I need to restart the audio system somehow. I tried pressing the power button for 3-5 seconds and nothing happened.
