It looks like the bottom of the timing chain cover, but then I saw a bit on the area and bolt above it. Don't see any drip down from the crank seal. Nor from the sides of the timing cover.
Best way to find it is to keep cleaning engine areas that are hard to reach... If you get into a regular routine of doing that you'll eventually figure it out because the cleaned areas will get oily again real quick. In the meantime tighten the timing chain cover bolts as best you can and see it that helps.
You've got what looks like a very minor oil seep on a 15-20 year old car. If that's all there is it might not be worth pursuing this. The only things in that area are the crank seal, the crank postion sensor, and the timing cover itself. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
