Car is possessed. immobilization ?

    After turning off 2015 gen 3 Prius(100k miles), the immobilization light flashes on and off along with the Interior dome lights and parking button light about 20+ times before complete shut off. Otherwise, car starts fine with key fob and spare fob.
    Any idea on how to fix this?

    The interior lights should progressively dim-out at shut-down, using the 12V as power, but it appears that the dimming has become a "burst-ing", as if the 12V power source was limited. I would also suspect the 12V.
