Car keep cutting off

    Changed the 12v battery. Now car idling normal and then cutting off. Aqua 2014. Battery saying full and then dying within seconds, any help?

    welcome!

    when you say 'cutting off', you do realize that the engine shuts off when not needed?
    and you can drive without it?

    No d car it self cutting off everytime you try to drive and some symbol coming up on the dash

    Can you take a video? It's supposed to self cut off every time you drive... though depending on the symbol (EV light maybe?) it could or could not be normal too.

    That "some symbol" is important.
    Do you really think that it's NOT important to know WHAT symbol that is ??

    It could be a bad connection on one of the main 12 V battery cables but you probably need the codes read to get a good idea of what the problem IS.

    Are the symptoms the same after changing the battery ?

    P.S. Did you charge the new battery before installing it ?

    I'm almost 100% certain the "light" the guy is getting is the EV light...
