Car not starting after hybrid battery was self repaired

    I replaced the hybrid battery in the car now it wont go into ready mode all the lights on the dash comes on but not the engine.
    Did I do something wrong when replacing the hybrid battery? Help needed please.

    @rjparker got it right. That little disconnect switch is the #1 culprit
