When shopping for our used 2018, I just purchased one Carfax for the one example I found that didn't have one and sounded a little too good to be to be true (it was). For the Toyotas on my shopping list, I found that entering the VIN here: Vehicle Specification | Toyota Owners answered most of my questions and a carfax was not needed. GOOD LUCK!
