We just bought a 2018 and had a catalytic converter shield installed right away. Used Carista to turn off the reversing beeps and made a few other changes, including Toyota's silly one-window-at-a-time settings. Replaced turn signal incandescent bulbs with Lasfit LEDs. Added flat luggage cover instead of the window-shade cover. Had the driveway apron remodeled to keep the car's nose from scrubbing. Installed InRoute GPS app on my iPhone because the car doesn't have GPS.
