Bought the Carly OBD tool for my Prius but every time I try to code something I get a coding error. I’ve tried everything that Carly suggested but no go (I also tried it on my Tacoma with the same issue). Anyone here use the Carly app and scan tool successfully?
Supposedly that is what the Carly is, I ordered the Toyota specific unit and it will read both my Prius and my Tacoma but when I try to do customized coding I get a failure message. It says things like open the hood, windows up, door unlocked, voltage over 12.5 volts but it still gives a failure to code message. Ideas appreciated.
