Catalytic converter replacement parts..

Hi All,

To replace the catalytic converter, i am planning to buy this. WALKER 16337. Anything else i need to buy? I checked the oxygen sensor . No errors for the oxygen sensor and the values keep jumping around from .15 to say .85-.9.

It says "Must Use w/ Part Number(s) 55431 Resonator Assembly"

Also i guess i can cut the existing one and use the new one with a clamp mechanism? The dimensions on the the exhaust side (torward back of vehicle) on this walker one, is bigger than the one in the car so that the other part can be attached to it easily?
