Take the center armrest cover to any upholstery shop and let them make a cover with leather or vinyl. Either match or contrast. I've had cars with both. Stain on the armrests and center console cover were a concern when I bought my car so I had my entire car's interior done in Toyota's version of fake leather (Softex). The dealer arranged it and the kit to do it had a part number from the Toyota Distributor.
