I have an accessory I would like to keep in the bottom slide drawer in the center console. It could use a power source to keep charged. I was wondering if it would be a good idea (safe,easy,not breaking anything) if I could drill about a 1/2 inch hole in the bottom of the big box section right by the power plug and push a wire through it into the slide out drawer. Some questions. 1. is there anything that would be damaged (I don't want to drill through wiring etc) 2. will I be able to put a wire through? 3. how far will the drawer slide out if I do this? Any suggestions?
