Center Console/USB Port

    Anyone else has an extra flimsy, wobbly, and cheap center center console on the 2018 Prius three??

    Also, is your USB port free moving and is not secure? I went to the dealership and they say there's nothing they can do about it because that's how it's built.

    I have a Prime which has the same setup as the Gen 4. Mine is secured but not exactly solid. It isn't freely moving. That said, I don't regularly unplug my USB cable.

    Mine is a 2016 and my centre console is solid and I regularly plug and unplug a USB dongle.

    Maybe someone has had it out at some time :cautious:

    Sounds like it is time for you to contact the Toyota "warranty help line".
    And / or visit a different dealer.
