Is it possible to switch out a non gps center screen for a gps center screen. Or do you have a recommendation of an aftermarket one that does the same as the oem screen?
It is not that easy or practical to do. Search the Gen 2 forums (using More... –> Advanced Search) for at least one guy that did this. It was a lot of work, including making and installing the extra wiring looms required. If you want navigation, a better idea is to find a more modern head unit that is compatible with your Prius and and replace the stock head unit with that.
Welcome to Prius Chat . Why not use your smart phone that has google maps? Much easier and cheaper solution . Good luck and keep us posted .
