I have certified prius purchased 4/7/11. on 4/7/12 the cd player jammed and needs to be replaced. dealer called Toyota and was told my cd is out of warranty by a few days (call was made on 4/10-4/12, don't know the exact date). i want to contact Toyota to discuss this, but can't find a phone number for Toyota HQ. not even sure who i can contact. the dealership is not very forthcoming. any help with phone numbers is appreciated. i am not capable of doing any replacement work myself and want dealer to replace this.
