Thoughts seem to be to get an English (USA or UK) MFD (Multi Function Display) and swap it in. No one has reported doing it and being successful or unsuccessful. An expensive experiment if it does not work: $200-$400 eBay USA prices. Since yours is a JDM, RIGHT hand drive car, maybe better to get a UK MFD?
