Around 2020 I purchased a set of new headlights for my Prius V and finally had a chance to replace them this weekend. The process is slightly different than those shown in YouTube videos for the Gen 3s, but in general steps are very similar. I posted a picture of the step that took me the longest. You have to remove the driver’s side turning signal cable in order to remove the bumper and access the headlights. This process was a real pain because of two clips attached to the bumper. I have to admit the upgrade was worth it. The new headlights improved the halogen bulbs visibility significantly. I was happy with the results.
