I just purchased both driver and passenger windhield wiper rubber inserts, not arms for our Prius.

They are the rubber inserts that go into the arm blades. As anybody replaced these yet?

I just can't figure out how its done
    without maybe breaking something.

Maybe its just me. Any help will be appreciated.

It so much depends on exactly what you purchased. Most places that sell these inserts will install them. If you can't figure it out, let them do it. Then if they break it, they can fix it.

Otherwise, most of the insert boxes have instructions on them that allow for all the different ways there are of attaching them.

Sorry I can't figure out any way of being more helpful.

The rubber blades came with no
    directions at all.

    I'll figure it out if I can't
I'll just exchange for the arms.

A member here has a site that has instructions for replacing wiper inserts. Can't remember his name--try a search--it's been discussed a few times.

I just did mine. if you look on the end of the inserts you will see a metal bracket thingy, i just pushed it outwards and once it clears the bracket on the wiper blade frame the restof the wiper slides right out.
