I received an email that my car finished charging today (level 2 charger at work). When I checked the battery app on my phone, it shows the battery is half full. What's going on? Is the charger defective or the batteries going bad? It's a 2018 Prius Prime Advance I bought last June. Has anyone seen this before? Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Sometimes the Entune app can get confused. Try the page refresh function, usually at the top right of your device screen: Alternatively, go back to your Entune app screen and re-select "charge management" to reload the information.
