I can't get the charging cable connector out of my 2017 Prius Prime. I've tried pushing the lock button on the port as well as locking and unlocking the car with the key fob. I've tried multiple times with no success. I called AAA, but they can't help. The threads I found only suggested what I have done already. Does anyone else have an idea? I plan to call the dealership in the morning.
In particular, post #3. #3 If not that, then it's just stuck and you'll have to pull harder and hope nothing comes apart that isn't supposed to.
