Charging. Door. Problem.

    Recharge Inlet dor is open. I have a 2013 prius plug in. Got this message on display even the door is closed.
    Any health why?

    welcome! most likely the door switch isn't closing properly. have someone sit in the drivers seat and watch the message, while you piddle with the switch.
