Cheap 2002 Prius on EBAY Won't start

    There's a 2002 Prius on EBAY (I'd post a link but not sure how to) That won't start. It's only on for another hour or so. It's in York, Pa. Anybody care to take a guess what's wrong with it?

    Inverter trashed or shorted.

    Transaxle damaged or shorted.

    Engine seized.
