We just picked up the new '10. The wife wanted something to put down when we haul the dog to the inlaws. Me being CHEAP, had an idea when cruising thru Menards yesterday. They rolls of outdoor carpet that were 6'x8' on sale for $12 and change. I used the factory mat as a template and cut the back section to fit. Then put the new "mat" in the space with the seat folded down. I let in hang over the back seat sides. Cut slits where the seat belts were and left it the full 6' long so it goes down over the back seat a few inches. I even had enough left over to make a copy of the factory mat to use when the seat is up.
What a good idea. It looks great! If you want, you can unhook the seatbelts from the top of the seats, though they are handy for pulling up the seats from the hatch.
