Cheap Prius in FL. Flood suspect?

    Guys, I just did some search and found Prius like this in FL:

    2009 Prius 4D Touring Package

    2009 Prius 4D Touring Package - $9500 (Miami)

    Does that sounds like too good a deal? Possibly flooded?

    Also, will HV battery live longer in FL hot weather?

    Awfully cheap for a '09 but that one has high mileage too, not for a Prius, just average book value figuring for model year. 120K +

    I won't stipulate on battery or flood.
