Check Engine Light on/off

    Yesterday after rain it went on. Opened the hood, checked the oil, left it for 10 minutes and the light went off. Today is the same.

    The manual says the following:

    "Indicates a malfunction in:
    • The hybrid system;
    • The electronic engine control system; or
    • The electronic throttle control system
     Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer
    immediately"


    Wondering if high humidity can cause that?
