    Hello:

This is my third prius jdm swap, and I am having an issue with "Check Hybrid System Stop The Vehicle In A Save Place" error after doing the swap:
    1) buttoned everything up, tried to turn on car.
    2) had error, forgot orange plug wasn't in HV battery.
    3) try again, still error. OBD scanner reveals I forgot to plug in MAF sensor and coolant temp
    4) plug those in, checked codes, kept getting P0118 for coolant temp sensor
    5) double check that i had connections tight, checked OBD2 and coolant temp reading matched ambient
    6) checked codes, no more codes
    7) charged 12v batt, plugged in orange connector and battery
    8) tried to put car in maintenance mode, and it just shuts off

What else could be causing this error? OBD2 data says HV batt is at 58%, and all cells are reading 15.9V. OBD2 data says my new optima yellow top 12v batt is 12.2V. I can hear the water pump cycling a bit, I know that is plugged in... I didn't fill the thing with coolant completely, I'm just trying to get it off the ramps before I do the bleed procedure.

Please Help me Prius Gods <3

Something else I noticed, was that there are a TON of PIDs in torque for coolant temp. I guess they are different sensors or different ECU's? Most of them all read something sensible. But sometimes the default coolant PID reads 10degF, when all others are showing ambient. Not sure what is going on there.

I acquired techstream and i'm booting up a win10 VM, i'm going to look at that coolant PID while jiggling the wire to see if i have intermittent failure.. but the P0118 hasn't come up again. I do have historical misfire codes from when the old motor was dying, that won't clear.. but would that give me the Check Hybrid System error?

I think they'll clear with tech stream. I had a whole bunch of this nonsense going on in my generation 3 with just a JDM gen 3 swap in my Gen 3 I wound up unplugging the air conditioning and a bunch of other stuff got the car running correctly and then plug the air conditioner and a few other things back up and everything just ran It was that way for months then something else happened is completely unrelated at the moment and we're getting rid of all Gen 3's anyway they are a big disappointment in my life.
