check hybrid system

    prius 2015, 100k miles check hybrid system, battery is getting charged on down hills, but nothing works (ev, eco, pwr). car runs as usuall (with no hybrid system) . what could be?

    could be problems with inventer, not only pump?

    hv battery, 12v is ok.

    the engine charges the hybrid battery, even if it is weak. if it is bad, you will get dash lights
