Congratulations earned: China’s Discovery of Lunar Mineral Could Add to Fuller View of the Moon - The New York Times China’s Discovery of Lunar Mineral Could Add to Fuller View of the Moon Scientists found a single crystal of a new phosphate mineral while analyzing lunar basalt particles, which were collected from the moon two years ago by the Chang’e-5 mission.
The mineral contains Helium 3 isotope; favored fusion fuel for future. How much? was not in any sources I've seen. Helium 3 is supposed to be all over the place 'up there' but at low concentrations. Scooping it up and shooting back home for use might eventually become practical.
Movie suggestion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_(2009_film) Mining such a fuel on the moon is the reason why the character is up there, but really is unimportant to the movie's scope.
