Chugging noise from engine while driving

I just replaced my CV axles and on the way home I noticed a new noise happening. It sounds to me like a very faint chugging, sort of like a train? I am not too sure what it could be, unless it is to do with my car becoming reacquainted with new working axles lol. Has anyone had a similar noise or some advice? Thanks!
