on my 2004. After watching a few YouTube videos on it I came to the conclusion that this appeared way too easy to pay someone over $100 (stealership wanted $190.00 minimum). Took longer than expected; (everything does) about 3 hours from start to finish but it was my first time (so innocent) and I had some difficulty getting some of the trim to snap back into place right. The fan itself was already clean for the most part, just a small amount of dust evenly spread over the blades/fins. Have no idea if it was ever cleaned in its entire 17 years of life. I used a can of compressed air which was a minor help, but what really did the job was cleaning the blades individually with q-tips. Easy. Definitely recommended. Just make sure that if you are doing outside weather is decent & you don't start too late in the day.
