I have a 2006 I recently picked up. At random times it makes a clicking sound somewhere around the combo meter. I have the a/c off and makes no difference. I can hear the coolant pump running and periodically hear the brake booster so it not those. Happens with ICE on or off at random times. I've tried running a 5/8 hose down in there and listening after raising up the dash but can’t pinpoint it. 90%sure it’s not under the hood. Take a listen to the video clip.
