Modernize plants. Aren't businesses supposed to be responsible for modernizing their own plants and staying competitive on their own dime. Isn't that what "profits" are supposed to be used for? I don't see why I should pay for GM to modernize their plants. Or bail them out because they've made consistently bad business decisions.
