I installed the Coastal Nav Kit last week and it performed as advertised; except, I lost two key navigation system functions, auto re-route and voice navigation. I verified both functions were "on" in the Menu/Setup screens. Attempts to contact Coastal for support have been unsuccessful. Any ideas or recommendations?
Do you have the Bluetooth mod as well? I do not have the mod but will try the dance and see if the manual activation does the samething?
This is odd. I have the kit w/o BT and it works fine. All I can suggest is to remove it, test with it out of the NAV system and then replace it. As for contacting Coastal, I've had better luck with the phone than email.
