help I drove from san diego to houston, when I got to middle the way I got engine light went off, i pulled over the read the code, I saw it was P0101, I cleared the code and continue to drive to houston, everything ok until today, the code came back, can I just clear the code and continue to drive until I get back to san diego? what you guy thinks I should do? I do not want to fix somewhere that I do not know anybody at all, do you guy think it safe to wait until I get back home? V/r Khoi nguyen
i think you're fine. any driveability issues? if not, finish your journey and hussle on over to a dealer and have it checked out. what does p0101 mean?
you're good to go. i'm not even sure i would bother with the dealer when i got home. these things throw codes like Christmas trees.
