I replaced my camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor in response to both codes. I have not checked any related fuses, wiring, or other electronics that may be a source of the no start problem. I had to remove my 12v battery and charge off the car. My hybrid battery failed before these two codes showed on my scanner. I was not able to investigate my system well on my scanner before the 12v went dead. I have a replacement hybrid LiP04, but it needs a recharge before install and needs to be sent back to the company in CA. I would like to know if there are any related modules that could be the source of the failure besides wiring or fuse faults? Anyone on this forum have direct experience with these two codes popping up at the same time and preventing engine start? I did have the usual head gasket failure over two years ago, had that fixed, and have only been dealing with a repetition of "check hybrid system" notices due to charge draining off the original NIMH battery overnight. My 2011 has slightly over 200,000 miles, oil seems ok, 12v battery is not very old, and I only have a dr prius device and an inexpensive scanner made for toyota to test my system for codes. Thanks for any suggestions!!!

Seems odd that both sensors would fail at the same time? You sure the engine is ok?
